Our client is looking for a Production Scheduler who can take charge of the daily production flow keep inventory aligned with demand and make sure every piece of the puzzle fits together smoothly efficiently and on time at the York PA plant. This plant is a critical link in the supply chain that fuels some of the most essential industries in the country and you ll be right at the center of it.
This isn t about punching in and doing what you re told. It s about stepping up taking ownership and being the goto person who keeps things moving. If you ve led operations managed logistics or made realtime adjustments in highpressure situations you re already built for this.
Here s what you ll do:
Run the show: Build adjust and maintain production schedules that meet customer orders and inventory targets without missing a beat. You ll be the one keeping our production lines moving and our commitments on track.
Balance the priorities: Coordinate with Customer Service production teams and materials handlers to find that sweet spot between production efficiency customer satisfaction and inventory control.
Stay ahead of downtime: Schedule preventive maintenance and repairs with the Maintenance and Production teams to avoid surprises and keep everything running like clockwork.
Own the data: Keep your finger on the pulse by monitoring inventory levels analyzing performance and generating daily and weekly reports that drive better decisionmaking.
Make the mission better: Support continuous improvement initiatives help streamline processes and use your insight to recommend smart changes. What you do here will directly impact our ability to deliver on time and exceed customer expectations.
Stay flexible: Be ready to answer the call even on nights and weekends. The operation runs 24/7 and your leadership will be key to making sure we stay missionready.

Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard. NCO/Supervisor who is a well-rounded technician. Will supervise one person and be hands on for now. Strong communications and ability to think outside the box.
