Welcoming and loving oriented FQHC Health Center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP in Fitchburg MA!

Your Role with the Company:
- Full time MondayFriday 8am5pm
- Team based mindset with collaborative environment
- FNP will work in a cardiovascular setting assessing patients physical and psychosocial health/illness status through taking history and physical examination
- Nurse Practitioner will diagnose manage and refer patients with patients with acute episodic or chronic illness
Background Profile:
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
- Active MA License
