Academic Faculty Implementation Science Clinically Embedded Scholar focused on Surgical Research

This clinically embedded Sscholar is critical to the realization of an effective aLHS. At our vibrant academic and clinical environment we encourage multidisciplinary partnerships that span departments centers and institutes magnifying the impact of patientcentered care that keeps patients families and communities at the forefront of our mission. As our departmental footprint in Implementation Science expands to Charlotte this candidate will be part of a growing 19person department and have clinical colleagues with whom to partner and advance impactful innovative research.
Candidates who have demonstrated methodological expertise in the areas of implementation science health services research health systems science human factors engineering economic or program evaluation pragmatic trials population health theory and behavior with a demonstrated commitment to applied surgical research are of particular interest.
