Position Overview
As a Business Litigation Paralegal you will play a key role in supporting their attorneys on a range of business litigation matters including contract disputes partnership and shareholder disputes intellectual property and employment litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex litigation possess excellent organizational skills and demonstrate proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
Qualifications:
- Law firm experience as a Paralegal (business litigation experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
