Job Summary
Reporting to the Core Operations Lead the senior associate position is part of the Operations team within Product & Technologys.
As a Senior Associate you will play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the effectiveness of Technology services and initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for creating clear concise and engaging content for various communication channels to ensure that technical information is accessible and understandable for all stakeholders.
In addition you will play a key role in managing software renewals liaising with various stakeholders to fulfill the request end to end.
The ideal candidate must have a great attitude is resourceful selfstarter/driven have the ability to adapt to a changing landscape and develop/execute on a project plan. Proficiency with Power BI and Alteryx and has a genuine passion for working with data to drive informed decisionmaking. This individual must have excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple and competing priorities and deal with stakeholders at all levels. The individual must also be competent at relationship building and possess superior communication skills both written and oral; as well as collaborate with crossfunctional teams manage relationships.
This position is expected to have on call responsibilities where needed during Major Incidents where communications need to be sent out to staff.
Major Responsibilities
Communications activities: 30:
Develop and implement communication plans for EIT projects and initiatives.
Create and distribute content via newsletters emails intranet presentations and Viva Engage.
Translate complex technical information into userfriendly language for nontechnical stakeholders.
Manage the P&T departments communication calendar to ensure timely messaging.
Serve as a liaison between P&T and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
Monitor stakeholder feedback to refine communication strategies and content.
Maintain and update P&T content on the intranet and other platforms.
Organize and facilitate P&T workshops webinars and training sessions.
Support crisis communication efforts during Major Incidents or outages.
Stay informed on Technology communication trends and best practices to enhance the departments efforts.
Software Asset Management and Renewals 60
Serve as a key player in managing software assets ensuring compliance costeffectiveness and efficiency.
Utilize Power BI and Alteryx for data analysis and visualization to provide insights into software asset management.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather analyze and interpret software asset information.
Manage and oversee the software licensing process to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies.
Track and maintain an inventory of software licenses and renewals ensuring timely renewals to avoid lapses.
Collaborate with P&T and procurement teams to forecast software needs and budget for upcoming license renewals.
Educate and advise stakeholders on software licensing terms usage rights and compliance requirements.
Develop and implement procedures for software audits to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Maintain accurate records of software usage and licensing agreements for audit and reporting purposes.
Identify opportunities to optimize license usage and reduce costs through consolidation or alternative solutions.
Respond to internal queries regarding software licensing issues and provide guidance as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in software licensing to inform strategic decisions.
Process Improvement and Innovation 10:
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to software asset management processes.
Experiment with different tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency in software asset tracking.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in software asset management.
Qualifications
Educations & Professional Certification (Required and/or Preferred)
Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple / competing priorities to conclusion
Work Experience
At least 3 years of technical and creative writing experience
Experience working in technology sector and/or with digital business solutions
Technical skills & Specialized Knowledge

prioritizing activities and raising any issues or risks
gaining consensus on what needs to be done
Strong understanding of the complexities associated with financial reporting and governance within a large organization
