CNC Machinist
Rate: $2528/hr will pay more for the right candidate.
Hours: 8am4:30pm
Hamilton OH

Looking for Mill Programmer and set up (they use fusion360and haas mills)
Lathe Programmer and set up mazak
Looking for a candidate who can do shop setting up doing FAs on first runs and organizing to get a work flow. Big plus would be the ability to program Fusion 360.
We are a small job shop with small lot runs.
Responsibilities:
Setup and operate CNC HAAS milling and Mazak lathe machines and other related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers bore gauges and tooling to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Requirements:
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments including calipers bore gauges and tooling
Ability to fabricate parts according to detailed specifications using basic math skills
Experience operating lathe or milling machines and understanding of machining processes
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing highquality work
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
