We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Millersburg OH. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is a Team Doctor someone passionate about working closely with patients creating long term relationships with them while providing highquality individualized care. Ideally the incoming chiropractor is a great adjuster with a terrific attitude strong work ethic and enjoys living in the country.

Duties:
- Perform initial exams and reexams (medical history focused physical exam review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
- Take and review Diagnostic imaging/Xrays
- Case management
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
- Patient education as to diagnosis11 Patient Report of Findingtreatment plan options pre and post treatment care lifestyle modifications nutritional consultations takehome stretches and exercises and benefits of continued chiropractic care
- Treatment Chiropractic Care Thompson drops Athrostim corrective care protocols adjustments rehab and various therapies and modalities
- Supervise and advise patients and Chiropractic assistants on care exercises and rehab
- Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
- Work cooperatively with the team chiropractic assistants and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
- Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met reassessments
- Helping with events
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in OH
- Full time
- Mondays: 86
- Tuesdays: 86
- Wednesdays: 88
- Thursdays: 16
- Fridays: Closed
- $90K$102K (DOE)
