Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Handle client interactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage administrative communication including phone calls and emails.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
