Full time Office Administrator 1161

A local business in the food industry in Brooklyn NY is seeking an Office Administrator to handle clients administrative communication phone calls invoicing and various office and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle client interactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage administrative communication including phone calls and emails.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain and update office records and files.
  • Coordinate schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
  • Support the team with any additional administrative tasks.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to problemsolving.
