Salary: $125000$149150 bonus and longterm incentive eligible

Role Summary:

As the Director of Organizational Planning and Analysis (OP&A) youll be at the forefront of shaping our organizational strategy and ensuring alignment with our business goals. In this leadership role youll collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute organizational strategies lead change management efforts and drive longterm performance improvements. Youll build and optimize systems for financial and workforce planning track KPIs and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure the organization thrives in a dynamic environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning & Organizational Design

  • Set direction for OP&A in alignment with business strategy.
  • Lead strategy for organizational design and build skills within subfunctions to drive long term impact.
  • Design operating models for approval including case for change design criteria and business case.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Partner with L2s PBPs & senior leaders across all business functions to define OP&A priorities.
  • Build strong relationship with Global partners and align to OP&A priorities.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive visibility through presentations and roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.

Integrated Planning & Performance Management

  • Build infrastructure for integrated financial and workforce planning with FP&A.
  • Develop and track KPIs to monitor and report on organizational performance.
  • Track monitor & report the impact of the organization performance programs initiatives and actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Change Management & Process Development

  • Lead organizational change initiatives across the organization driving adoption of new strategies and processes.
  • Ensure successful of initiatives while navigating ambiguity.
  • Develop OP&A services to support continuous improvement.

Key Skills

  • Expertise in change management and stakeholder influence.
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and create actionable strategies.
  • Focus on longterm strategic outcomes over operational tasks.
  • Strong consulting abilities with the ability to focus on long term strategic outcomes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6 years experience in management industrial engineering human resources continuous improvement or change management.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Youre driven and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fastpaced environment with proven analytical influential and negotiation skills.
  • We look for leaders who are naturally ambitious selfaware hungry to learn proactive workers and analytical.
  • Experience working with data and systems.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word PowerPoint Excel etc.
