We are looking for a compassionate and highly organized Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing care schedules liaising with clients and care workers and ensuring the smooth daytoday operation of our care services. This is a vital role that requires excellent communication problemsolving and timemanagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Create and maintain staff rotas ensuring efficient allocation of care workers to meet client needs.
  • Client & Staff Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients their families and care staff addressing any concerns and ensuring highquality care delivery.
  • Compliance & RecordKeeping: Ensure all care plans risk assessments and client records are up to date and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruiting training and supporting new care workers ensuring they meet company and CQC standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct spot checks supervisions and client reviews to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Emergency Support: Handle lastminute changes staff absences and emergency situations to ensure continued service delivery.
  • Reporting & Communication: Work closely with management to report on service delivery staffing and any concerns requiring escalation.


Requirements

Previous experience in a Care Coordinator or similar role within domiciliary care.

Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care

Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.

Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
