Senior Project Manager Industrial Sector
Minneapolis MN Direct Hire $115k $175k
Konik is partnering with an integrated design firm seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial architecture and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams developing innovative design solutions and achieving business growth. This position offers an opportunity to influence the firms market strategy while mentoring a team of professionals.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in project management client engagement and business development to drive growth in the industrial sector.
- Oversee project ensuring quality efficiency and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals supporting their growth and development within the firm.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans establishing goals and tactics aligned with the firms national strategy.
- Lead proposal development contract negotiations and RFP responses collaborating with marketing and project teams.
- Represent the firm as a thought leader in the industry attending client events speaking engagements and networking opportunities.
- Manage staffing needs recruitment and retention to support ongoing projects and future growth.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- 15 years of project management experience in architecture or engineering with industrial market experience preferred.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Engineering professional licensure preferred.
- Expertise in project delivery contract negotiation and team leadership for largescale commercial or industrial projects.
- Indepth construction knowledge and understanding of various materials construction methods and project delivery models
- Deltek Vision Bluebeam and Microsoft Office experience
