Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and customer behavior within the travel & tourism industry
Create and define user flows & admin user flows
Develop business requirements from scratch
Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations to boost revenue and customer engagement
Define KPIs and generate detailed performance reports
Contribute to AI technology adaptation in the travel sector
Collaborate on strategies for advertisements & marketing campaigns to drive business growth
Required Skillset:
Expertise in Destination Events Tourism and Tour Planning
Strong background in defining user flows and business requirements
Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence
