Summary
BRIDGE Housing is growing in Berkeley CA! We are expanding our portfolio which means we are adding team members!
The parttime Leasing Agent at Viewpoint Apartments 94 units) is responsible for leasing and administrative support. This position requires outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Fieldphone callsregardingvacancies
- Showapartments
- Processapplications
- Assistin recertification files
- Assistin administrative tasks in office
- Provide customer service to residents
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills
- Proven ability to work with diverse individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programsYardiexperience a plus
- Ability to prioritize duties meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member
- Superior organizational skills attention to detail and follow through
Preferred
- Background in residential housing
- Knowledge of CA Tenant /Landlord law & Fair Housing laws
- Bilingual
- Sense of humor
- Interest in real estate/property management and nonprofit work
