Sales Arborist Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Sales Arborist to join our team in a residential and commercial sales position. As a Sales Arborist you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our tree care services to residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in arboriculture strong communication skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be key in expanding our clientele and maintaining lasting relationships.
Duties/ Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential and commercial tree care services.
- Conduct research to find potential customers and develop engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns that generate leads.
- Meet with clients to assess tree care needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes.
- Educate clients on the value of tree care services and maintenance.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up on completed projects to gather feedback and explore upselling opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Keep detailed and current records of sales activities customer interactions and project information in SingleOps (CRM).
Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in arboriculture and tree care services.
- Continuously update your knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to tree care and urban forestry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Arboriculture Forestry Horticulture or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the arboriculture or landscaping industry.
- Certified Arborist credential (ISA certification) is highly desirable.
- Indepth knowledge of tree care practices tree species and common treerelated issues.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences to clients.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to meet with clients and visit project sites.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
