Willan Living is a familyrun property developer based in the Cumbrian countryside. It specialises in the acquisition construction and sale of quality homes designed for modern living. Together were looking for a new Land Manager to join the team! The team at Willan Living believe great homes start with great locations. AsLand Manager youll play a pivotal role insourcing assessing and securingland for new residential developments. Your insights and expertise will directly influence the success of their projects ensuring we build thriving communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and researching new land opportunities inCumbria & surrounding areas
- Conducting initial assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate potential sites
- Keeping uptodate withlocal planning policies & land regulations
- Managing acomprehensive land databaseto support acquisitions and planning
- Coordinating essentialecological sustainability & viability reports
- Liaising with external consultants to streamline the land acquisition process
- Supporting the wider project team to ensure smooth transitions fromland acquisition to development
About You
- Experience inland acquisition planning or property development(a passion for property development is key)
- Stronganalytical and research skillswith a proactive approach
- Excellentcommunication & organisational abilities
- Proficiency inMS Office & basic project management tools
- A selfmotivated team player
