The AOPC does not sponsor work visas.
Installs configures and supports desktop PCs thin clients and laptops including client operating systems client network configurations host security remote access lineofbusiness applications and office productivity software applications.
Utilizes system event logs to administer troubleshoot and resolve host client issues. Make use of client and server tools to patch operating systems and software applications. Installs uninstalls and upgrades system hardware and software.
Configures and supports user access to SharePoint Online and OneDrive resources.
Configures and troubleshoots local and network multifunction printers copiers and scanning devices.
Supports maintains and configures physical and virtual servers for file and print sharing as well as application hosting.
Administers clientserver virtual machine images clones images creates image templates and makes virtual machines available for endusers access and use.
Coordinates hardware repair activities with vendors and AOPC/IT staff and diagnoses hardware and software problems with vendor phone support.
Utilizes tools such as Systems Center Configuration Manager for client systems management application deployment virtual application deployment asset management and remote client assistance; uses tools for remote enduser support.
Configures and supports client wireless connections on laptops iPads iPhones Air Cards and other SmartPhone devices.
Associates degree in any information technology field; AND
One year of technical experience in enduser support and server/peripheral support.
An equivalent combination of education experience and/or training may be considered.
Satisfactory criminal background check required.
Valid drivers license required
