ImplementtheOperationsdeliverystrategytoensuretimelyplanningandexecutionofallclient
projectsadheringtodefinedstandardsofcostqualityandCSat.
Responsibility:
OverseedaytoDayoperationsforallclientsandleadtimelyclosureofallclientoperationalissues
Ensure adherence to SOPs and checklists and assist the Site Operations team when initiating work with anew client/site; Gain approval from the Ops head and guide the operations teams in the initial takeover ofthesite
Overseeresourceallocation(Manpowermaterialmachinery)foreachsitewithintheOrganization
Assist in the creation and implementation of the standardized Operations strategy for Site Executionbased on client service offering across the organization; Guide implementation of the database / MISsystem to estimate material and Manpower requirements and assist in communicating the same to relevantdepartmentswithinExcetra
Oversee operations implementation for all clients (as per organizational parameters); Assist in trackresourceutilizationfortheRegiononacontinuousbasis(withincreasedfocustolessprofitableclients)
Guide the site head in the implementation of the escalation management system; Oversee communicationtoallclients
Continuouslytrackandmonitorclientescalationsandthetimelyresolutionofthesamefromtimetotime
Assist in tracking operational efficiency for the SBUs and provide inputs to the Ops head on implementingtheIntraSBUresourcesharingframeworktoincreaseoperationalefficiency
Guide the site head in the timely and accurate Invoicing & Collections for all clients; Track and monitorTargetvs.ActualperiodicallyinordertoensurezerodelayinexecutionaswellasminimalAccountsReceivablebuildupfortheRegion
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management operations.
Mandatory from Facility management industry.
Should be immediate Joiner.
Knowledge of industry best practices safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.
