Job Description

Purpose :
Implement and monitor policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share on a sustainable basis.
Provide ongoing technical and sales service to Channel partners & end customers. Identify market trends & opportunities; negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing sales profits

Key Activities :
  • Educate Dealers to sell highvalue / HighMargin / new products to improve SalesTurnover.
  • Facilitate ZDs /Ads / Dealers to achievetheir sales targets FGIs QGIs etc.
  • Prepare and maintain Dealer master andPanel.
  • Ensure Local level ads are released as peragreement.
  • Ensure Inshop branding Signage
  • Boards etc. at dealers outlets.
  • Implementation of MOP system.
  • Report unauthorized dealer selling / unauthorized
  • product selling.
  • Collect and provide update on
  • competitors activities such as new
  • product introduction / scheme launch /
  • Price changes / incentive / discounting
  • structures etc.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • No. of unauthorized dealers identified
  • No. of cold call conversions (Institutions)
  • No. of ROs converted to MBOs MBOs to Exclusive and Exclusive to Shoppers World and Galleries.
  • Participated in No. of Fairs / Exhibition
  • No. of dealers /AD visited
  • Complaints resolution time
  • Credit Days
MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION :
  • Participate in local level fairs / exhibitions alone with ZD / Dealers.
  • Approach Institutions / Bulk buyers / Search of prospective end customers.
  • Identify opportunities for appointing dealers.
  • Appointment of new ROs and MBOs as per plan.
  • Conversion of ROs to MBOs MBOs to Exclusive Exclusive to Shoppes/ World/ Galleries as per plan.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION :
  • Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
  • Ensure that Dealers receive and
  • understand all communications/policiesetc.
  • Provide technical assistance tocustomers regarding foam applications &appropriate uses.
  • Resolve dealer queries.
  • Ensure timely endcustomer complaint redressal.
Working Relation :
  • Maintains relationships with Distributors/dealers by understanding their problems market needs and challenges.
  • Close relationship with seniors to implement business plans/policies in the market.
  • Cooperative relation with sales colleagues to exchange ideas for better performance.
