As a Quality Assurance Nurse you will work with local programs within the service area to develop coordinate implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives training programs and ensure the delivery of high quality support to the people we serve. Our Quality Assurance Nurse plays an integral part of ensuring operations meet regulatory and contractual compliance and maintain integrity of documentation to support service delivery.
Reports to Director of Nursing;
Conducts quality assurance reviews then assistance in implementing corrective action;
Provides technical assistance to operations as part of the quality improvement and in response to reviews conducted by external entities such as accreditation bodies clients and other community partners;
Identify areas of improvement quickly and systematically;
Review and investigate critical incidents identifying trends then collaborating with Leadership/Management and operations to develop and deploy action plans;
Review and Monitor Satisfaction Surveys;
Direct patient care in skilled nursing capacities as needed;
Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing Agency Director & business owner.
