We are looking foran Inside Sales Representative to support our business growth in Toronto and will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The Inside Sales Representative will be offering our industry leading suite of payment technology solutions including InStore POS Terminals Online ECommerce and Mobile App payment acceptance integration.
Given the shortsalescycle inherent to the merchant services industry speed and persistence are critical in securing new clients. In this position you will receive qualified hot Inbound Leads from the OTT Pay website and other channels that are expected to close at a high percentage. Furthermore the Inside Sales Representative nurtures existing databases of potential clients who are already familiar with our brand and conducts occasional Outbound campaigns designed to upsell and win new business.
This is a permanent full time position working onsite at either Toronto Office or Montreal Office.

How you will contribute:
Always learning become an expert in payment technology and knowledgeable on OTT Pays offering with the ability to present solutions effectively to prospects.
Respond promptly to inbound leads gather relevant information and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Repeatedly call out on leads that have inquired online listen to their needs present product information and propose the best solution for them to be able to process credit card transactions. These are warm leads not cold calling.
Negotiate pricing and offer promotions to win business when necessary.
Update the Salesforce CRM and follow up on Leads frequently.
Develop a plan to effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive revenue growth
Submit complete paperwork assisting with the onboarding process for new clients.
Collect required documentation completing application forms and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Represent the OTT Pay brand values and embody the highest ethical standards.
Collaborating with internal teams such as customer service operations and finance to ensure seamless communication and of sales initiatives.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and relevant information in our CRM system.
Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
Providing regular reports and updates to the sales management team on inbound leads sales performance trends and customer feedback.
Contribute to establishing processes and implementing best practices to help boost efficiencies for Sales.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Must have proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferably in the POS payment industry or a related field.
Prior experience in a quota driven sales environment for small to medium size clients.
Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and internal teams.
High energy level and self motivation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to support decisionmaking.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Tech savvy
This is an onsite position and the successful candidate will be required to report to the office MonFri from 9:00am to 5:30pm.
