Job Description

Position: Sales Manager
Compensation: Based on Experience

WHAT IS GOING ON

We are looking for a Sales Manager to support the General Sales Manager in leading and growing our new and used car sales operations. This is a key leadership role that will help drive sales performance coaching and overall customer experience.

WHAT DO YOU DO

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the sales team in closing techniques and customer engagement.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for new and used car sales.
  • Drive showroom and online traffic by working with marketing and CRM tools.
  • Monitor and improve CRM followup processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee vehicle pricing promotions and advertising strategies to stay competitive.
  • Ensure every vehicle delivery includes a seamless handoff to the service department.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and profitability targets.
  • Mentor new and experienced sales professionals to help them improve and succeed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of automotive sales management experience (new and/or used).
  • A proven track record in growing sales teams coaching employees and exceeding goals.
  • Strong background in internet sales CRM utilization SEO SEM and showroom management.
