This position would ideally begin in June 2025 though the team is open to adjusting the start date if needed.
We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Wealth Management Department. Boulay Financial Advisors provide clients with holistic and integrated tax estate investment and wealth advice to simplify the financial. Our Associates provide direct assistance to a team of about 40 people and get handson client experience. Learn about financial planning processes portfolio management client relationship management and tax planning.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning:
- Learns & assists with the financial planning process including cash flow planning risk management tax planning retirement planning and estate planning.
- Learns & assists with identifying tax planning strategies through creating tax projections for clients.
- Assist in researching technical issues and client questions.
Client Service & Relationship Management:
- Assist with client development and ongoing relationship management.
- Help prepare for client meetings.
- Attend and participate in client meetings by taking notes and running technology.
- Assist in the development of client communications.
- Assist in the setup and transfer of funds for new investment accounts.
- Assist with client account administration functions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance financial planning accounting or related degree
- Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements
- Desire to work towards CFP CFA or CPA Certifications(s)
- Sound understanding of general stock market mutual fund financial planning and economic terminologies with a firm grasp of the financial planning process.
- Ability to be flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn and possesses a strong sense of curiosity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail ability to learn quickly and maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communicator with strong multitasking prioritization interpersonal skills and a collaborative clientfocused mindset.

The annual salary range for this position is: $62000 $82000. This salary range reflects anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending on an individuals experience knowledge and skills. Individuals may be eligible for additional compensation in the form of incentives commissions profit sharing and more depending on the role.
