Corporate Trust Administrator ILocation:
Houston TXWhat youll do:
As a Corporate Trust Administration Analyst youll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining corporate trust assets that are the collateral in a Collateral Loan Obligation (CLO) or Leverage Finance Facility. Youll maintain our asset database working with counterparties on discrepancies processing transactions and ensuring our database is accurate.Responsible for various reconciliations including trades asset characteristics and internal accounts.
Participate with technology support teams with systematic process flows and initiatives to improve flows and efficiencies.
Read and interpret agent bank loan notices to process activity and ensure loan characteristics are accurate.
Read and interpret Credit Agreements to update loan characteristics. Research global data discrepancies and provide documentation.
Support the Client Service team in the delivery of accurate asset data for our CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities in the Corporate Trust Business.
Manage transfer and Paying Agent responsibilities.
What youll need:
4 years of related experience or similar field.
High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
Intermediate experience working with Excel.
Intermediate Solvas or TranStar experience preferred.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
