Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to grow with the team. As Operations Manager your responsibilities would include:
- Warehouse management and performance of the warehouse.
- Operational efficiency and inventory management of the warehouse.
- Planning and Procurement of Raw Materials & Packaging materials.
- Strategic Sourcing Negotiation and cost reduction
- Project Infrastructure planning and procurement for the warehouse...
- Responsible for end to end logistics performance of the organisation for the domestics as well as international operations.
- Performance of the last mile international operations.
- Meeting and exceeding the delivery performance to the customer.
- Process mapping process improvement across the supply chain
Requirements:
- 27 years of overall experience with atleast 2 years of experience in operations supply chain warehouse management or strategy.
- Experience with both strategy formulation and implementation.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills and high sense of ownership.
- Solid project management skills and ability to lead and collaborate with cros functional partners prioritize high impact activities and work on complex projects.
- Strong growth track record in the past professional career.
- Outstanding written oral Communication skills and organizational ability.
