You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Student Desktop Technician position supports the Department by assisting students staff and faculty by phone email and in person with their technology questions and problems hardware and software support and installation and configuration of equipment. Duties include but are not limited to:
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the candidates availability and the workload of the department. The ideal candidate will be able to work 2025 hours a week MondayFriday between the hours of 86.
Candidate must:
Previous Help Desk or Call Center experience is preferred. Also helpful is familiarity supporting browsers antivirus firewalls antispyware basic wireless troubleshooting Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENT FRANKLIN STUDENTS
