Job Description

Reporting to: Director of the Business School yourKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs) include :
  1. Placement Strategy:
    • Develop and execute effective placement strategies to enhance the students placements withthe right organizations.
    • Analyze industry trends and employer and student preferences to align placement activities accordingly.
  2. Corporate Relations:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leading corporate organizations for placement opportunities.
    • Negotiate and finalize placement partnerships and collaborations.
  3. Student Counselling & Guidance:
    • Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding placement and career paths.
    • Facilitate skill development and readiness programs to enhance student employability.
  4. Placement Process Management:
    • Oversee endtoend placement processes including scheduling coordination and logistics.
    • Monitor and evaluate placement metrics to optimize outcomes and student placements.
  5. Training and Preparation:
    • Design and implement training programs to prepare students for interviews assessments and corporate interactions.
    • Conduct workshops and sessions on resume building interview skills and professional etiquette.
  6. Alumni Engagement & Networking:
    • Engage with alumni networks to leverage professional connections and enhance placement opportunities.
    • Organize alumni events mentorship programs and networking sessions.
  7. Industry Collaboration:
    • Foster collaborations with industry bodies chambers of commerce and professional associations.
    • Establish partnerships for internships guest lectures and industry exposure initiatives.

  • Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving placement targets.
  • Proficient in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in placement career services or corporate relations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing largescale placement activities.
  • Familiarity with education industry trends and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and relevant software/tools.
Candidate Profile:
  • Preferred Experience Range: 12 18 years
  • Preferred Age: 35 45 years
  • Preferred Salary Range: 15 20 LPA
