We have Opening for the following States:Bihar Jharkhand
Selected candidates may be placed at Patna or Ranchi or any other major city in the states
Must have astrong relationship with Distributors / Dealers /Channel sales Consumer Electronics / Home appliances category.
SalaryBudget 1520 LPA LPA

Must have astrong relationship with Distributors / Dealers /Channel sales Consumer Electronics / Home appliances category.
- He should have at least 1520years of experience in home appliance/consumer durable/ Sales managing dealers distributors and field sales personnel
- Good experience in Rural & urban marketing.
- Good in convincing and should have a positive approach.
- Sincere and Hardworking.
- Good in verbal and written communication (English/Hindi/Local)
- Should be willing to travel.
- Candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Qualification:MBA/PGDMwith a focus on Urban and Rural Sales & Marketing
- Will handle a team of ASMs and TSMs in the State
- Handle sales in towns and Districts with small rural populations
- Responsible for expanding the distribution and visibility in both urban and rural districts of Bihar and Jharkhand
- Handling team of ASMs Distributors and Super stockists
- Recruit manage train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales plans.
- Stock management of Super Stockiest.
- Appointment of new distributors and brand shops in the ruralmarket
