Job Description
DSP/ Direct Support Professional
Sycamore Run (LaGrange KY)
$17.00 per hour and up(based on education and experience)
Fulltime 11am7pm MondayFriday.
Requires at least 5 full days during first shift to complete the required training.

Job Skills/Requirements
The DSP provides general and specialized care and support to each resident. The care and support include activities of daily living productive activities and leisure activities. The DSP will provide active treatment safety and supervision to all residents of Sycamore Run while promoting inclusion in the community. The DSP will facilitate the residents independence and choice in both their home and the community.

Please note that Cedar Lake Lodge Park Place and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities placing us under the CMS Omnibus COVID19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule. Under this rule employees must be vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to employment.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age with valid Kentucky or Indiana Drivers License
