Job Description
Job Summary:
The Parts & Service Advisor at Battle Born Harley Davidson in Carson City Nevada is a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. As a member of our team you will be responsible for providing topnotch customer support while maintaining exceptional knowledge of parts and service. This is a fulltime hourly position in the motorcycle industry and you will be working as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries regarding parts and services
Listen to customers needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Review and process customer orders including ordering pricing and invoicing
Prepare and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer
Manage and maintain inventory levels including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks
Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
Maintain strong knowledge of all products and services offered by Michael Hohl Automotive Group
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers
Handle customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in Harley Davidson technology
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferably in the motorcycle industry
Working knowledge of Harley Davidson parts and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in computer systems and software including Microsoft Office
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
