Role Overview
Brigit is in the midst of tremendous growth! We are looking for a highly skilled and missiondriven Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role you will report directly to our VP of Product and have responsibility for roadmap prioritization project and user research collaborating with a crossfunctional team of talented engineers designers data analysts and marketing professionals to deliver lovable products that help our customers achieve their financial goals.
What Youll Be Doing
Work within a crossfunctional team to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of highquality lovable product solutions
Build and manage a strategic multiquarter roadmap for your product area
Define and actively track the success metrics for your product area and roadmap projects; communicate a pointofview about why metrics are up down or neutral
Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning backlog grooming and daily standups to drive product development and maintain alignment with business goals
Conduct user research and usability testing in collaboration with product design to validate product ideas gather insights and iterate on product features
Manage iterative A/B testing experimentation leveraging datadriven insights to optimize features and drive continuous improvement
Communicate progress on initiatives to crossfunctional partners and executive leadership
What You Have
Commitment to financial wellness for everyday Americans
5 years of experience as a product manager with a focus on B2C mobile productsrequired
Proficient in agile methodologies; skilled at collaborating cross functionally with engineering design and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver at a rapid pace
Strong datadriven and structured decisionmaking skillset capable of problemsolving with incomplete information in ambiguous situations
Strong user empathy with experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to guide product direction and
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments to solve problems
Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140000 $195000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
