The Opportunity
Salary: $110000 $120000 per annum super
We are looking for a highly analytical and detailoriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic and fastpaced environment. In this role you will act as a key liaison between Technology Wagering and Racing teams as well as department leads and project squads to drive business solutions and ensure the successful of projects.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and analysing requirements identifying business needs and translating them into clear and actionable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope optimize workflows and facilitate effective communication between technical and nontechnical teams. Your ability to interpret complex data streamline processes and provide strategic insights will be essential in delivering impactful business outcomes.

You will excel in the following key areas;
Requirement Analysis:
Collaborate with subject matter experts stakeholders endusers and technical teams to gather analyze and document both functional and nonfunctional requirements. Conduct detailed business and system analyses to ensure customer needs are clearly defined accurately scoped and welldocumented throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Support:
Assist stakeholders in preparing preproject proposals including opportunity assessments estimates and costbenefit analyses. Ensure all documentation meets RWWA standards and maintains a high level of clarity and accuracy. Write clear wellstructured business requirements to establish a shared understanding between business and technical teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project and opportunity requirements ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed and aligned when scope or project details change. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and project or development teams to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
Process Improvement:
Continuously identify and implement best practices tools and techniques to improve business analysis processes. Actively contribute to the enhancement of the organizations Analysis Practice by sharing knowledge refining methodologies and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
