About the Role
Join us in Melbourne and help shape the future of sports and racing betting at Sportsbet. This is a 12month fixedterm 3dayaweek job share role (Wednesday Friday) where youll work alongside an existing team member with Wednesdays as the shared day.
With a specific focus on our betting platforms youll define and implement the strategy that will drive the next phase of growth and innovation. Youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences across our web and native apps all while expanding our product portfolio.
In close collaboration with our tech teams youll lead the platform strategy identify new product opportunities and optimise existing offerings. Youll also develop and execute product roadmaps manage product lifecycles and lead gotomarket strategies to create maximum value for both our customers and the business.
By working with crossfunctional teamsDesign Marketing Risk & Trading and Operationsyoull foster growth conduct market analysis and build your teams capabilities.

About You
- You have 5 years of experience in a Product Management role including time spent in senior or lead positions.
- You have a customerfirst mindset and are always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

- You value collaboration and support others when things dont go as planned.
- You go above and beyond constantly pushing to overdeliver on excitement and results.
