Director of Clinical Services
Location:Dewsbury West Yorkshire

Hours:37.5 per week
Vacancy Type:Permanent Full Time
We are seeking aDirector of Clinical Servicesto join a specialist hospital in Dewsbury. This 32bed locked service supports two distinct service user groups:
- Ward A 16 beds) focuses on the rehabilitation of men with mental health conditions working towards stabilisation risk reduction and community reintegration.
- Ward B16 beds) supports men with dementia and behaviours that challenge.
As part of theSenior Management Team the successful candidate will lead a team of two ward managers and be accountable for all clinical aspects of the hospital. They will also deputise for theHospital Directorwhen required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of highquality clinical and therapeutic care.
- Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to the hospitals strategic development.
- Provide operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff team.
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements:
- RMN Registeredwith experience in mental health and Dementia.
- 45 years management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- IT competency.
- High levels of maths and English proficiency.
- Selfmotivated and driven to deliver exceptional care.
