Job Description

What is the role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Spanish speaking Inside Sales Representative AE for the Iberian market to join our team in Barcelona! In this role youll be working close together with two senior Account Executives. You will be a key player in driving new business and expanding Elastics footprint within a highpotential set of accounts. Your mission To help customers in Iberia unlock the full value of Elastic Cloud solutions. If you thrive on innovation and enjoy building strong client relationships we want to hear from you! For this position its crucial you speak the language.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within your territory by developing and executing strategic sales and partner plans.
  • Champion cuttingedge technologies likeGenAI Vector Search Security and Observability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through prospecting inbound leads and partnerships.
  • Expand existing accounts by engaging key stakeholders and introducing new use cases.
  • Implement a structured prospecting strategy to generate pipeline and solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with sales development marketing product and customer service teams.
  • Lead customers through the sales process closing complex deals with confidence.
  • Utilize tools likeSalesforce Clari Outreach and ZoomInfoto build and execute a solid business plan.

What You Bring With You:

  • 2 years sales experience within the software industry.
  • Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
  • Reliable forecasting abilities with a consistent track record of success in weekly monthly and quarterly projections.
  • A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain outstanding outcomes.
  • Technological proficiency strong business insight and supreme communication skills including written oral negotiation and presentation abilities
  • We are looking for fluent or native Spanishspeakers who are also fluent in English
