As Associate within the Fire Engineering and Consultancy division you will be part of the senior leadership team responsible for leading a qualified and experienced team of fire engineers delivering projects across a widespectrum of sectors and building types including commercial residential mixeduse leisure hospitality pharmaceutical and others.
Responsibilities
- Manage supervise andsign off on fire systems design for your teamsprojects
- Delivery of allocated technical assignments includingFire Strategy and Fire Systems Design
- Manage consultancy assignments and provide advisory support to Clients including contributing to the formulation of design concepts
- Provide design management team leadership and technical input on assigned projects
- Maintain good relationships with clients and contribute to the marketing and growth of the fire engineering division
- Supportteam development and growth through strategic inputs market intelligence skill development mentoring and hiring
- Raise andpromote the level of technical excellence relating to fire engineering within the team
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Fire Mechanical Electrical Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Have agood understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant standards.
- Extensive fire safety design experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
- Good understanding of relevant legislations and regulations.
