Job Description

Job Summary:
Renn Kirby Auto Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. This position is fulltime and offers a base salary plus commission for exceptional customer service. As the Automotive Service Advisor you will act as the main point of contact for our customers and assist them in scheduling vehicle maintenance and repairs providing accurate estimates and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately record them in the system
Schedule appointments for vehicle services and repairs
Conduct vehicle inspections and provide customers with a detailed explanation of recommended services
Provide accurate estimates for repairs and explain necessary costs to customers
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products services and promotions offered by the dealership
Utilize strong customer service skills to handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues
Keep detailed records of service history and maintain customer database
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology and repair procedures
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Valid drivers license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
