This is an individual contributors role responsible for Inside Sales and client acquisition for Recruitment and Staffing Services. Work from Home Flexi Hours option is also an option in addition to fulltime work from the office. Salary / Incentives/ Profit Sharing would be worked out accordingly.
- Responsible for research and database building of hiring companies through Internet research Social Media Job Boards and References
- Researching the needs of hiring companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment vendor empanelment.
- Creating a complete daily report in an excel sheet and CRMand following up.
- Develop a process for inside sales selfmonitoring.
- Inside sales cold calling interacting with clients for pitching of recruitment and staffing services to hiring companies across MNCs MSMEs and Startups in India AND/OR Overseas markets hiring Indians.
- Understanding the clients business profile mission vision culture and manpower requirements before passing them to the Recruitment Team to service
- Creating and sharing proposals and sign up contract agreements
- Understanding Job Specifications of hiring companies and passing them on to the Recruitment team to service.
- CrossSelling and Upselling Relationship Management.
- Monitoring and ensuring Services delivery through The Search House recruitment staffing teams and Payment collections.
