Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service to Auto Body customers on the phone in person and throughout the repair process
- Ensure Repair Order file accuracy
- Greet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pickup
- Keep customers informed about completion times costs and changes
- Assist customers with rental vehicles
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpacedenvironment
- Excellent communication skills including oral written and electronically
- Excellent customer service skills to address client inquiries professionally
- Must be reliable with attendance and work well in a team setting
- Maintains a wellgroomed professional appearance
- Hold a valid drivers license
- Familiar with CCC One a MUST
- Bilingual abilities a MUST Spanish speaking enhancing communication with diverse clients.
