Job Description
The Coop Engineer will assist the Engineering Department with production activities. Primary work involves using AutoCad and/or SolidWorks to design wiring schematics per the customer specifications. At the end of every rotation you will present out deliverables experiences and recommendations.
Other functions include:
- Product setup and testing
- Product troubleshooting
- Alternative part sourcing and evaluation
- Other job duties as assigned
What you will be working on: this should include projects
- Student will focus on creating wiring schematics and designs for motorized control cabinets per customers specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Student enrolled in a fouryear degree program majoring in Electrical Engineering who has completed their freshman year of college.
- Experience: Working knowledge of AutoCad SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Must be willing to work 3 or more rotating semesters.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret simple schematics
