About the Role
We have immediate openings for Automotive Service Technicians to perform diagnostic maintenance and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform efficient highquality repairs as outlined on repair orders.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical brakes suspension and air conditioning.
- Use stateoftheart diagnostic tools and software to document and communicate repair needs including video updates for customers.
- Testdrive vehicles to confirm repairs and diagnose further issues.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed providing time and cost estimates.
- Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications including warranty work.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred (Volkswagen experience a huge plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required
- Strong skills in diagnostics electrical and engine repair
- Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems
- Friendly positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
