Human Resources Manager
Our client is a leading provider of Manpower Recruitment Services from India to various sectors including Foreign Governments Hospitals Construction Companies Hospitality Sector Education Sector Corporate Sector and Transport Sector.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Developing recruitment policies refining interview techniques and selecting suitable candidates for various positions.
- Training and development: Creating and managing training programs to foster a highperformance culture within the organization.
- Compensation and benefits: Overseeing employee benefit programs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee relations: Managing employee relations resolving conflicts and providing guidance and support to managers.
- Performance management: Facilitating performance reviews and providing guidance to managers on performance management.
- Policies and procedures: Defining and implementing workplace policies such as a code of conduct workplace safety and remote work protocols.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws safety regulations and internal policies.
- Employee engagement: Promoting employee engagement and providing training and guidance to enhance employee wellbeing.
- Work environment: Cultivating an ideal work culture promoting diversity and inclusion and fostering collaboration and communication.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR manager or relevant role
- Indepth knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Strong understanding of Fijian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP or PHR) is a plus
- Ready to work in Fiji
- Minimum salary: Rs 120000; Maximum salary: Rs 150000
Benefits
3 years Contract if performance goodrenewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
