Within Growth theNew Business team is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of Fevers new opportunities collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams to build and align commercial propositions for new partners. Our decisions are datadriven at all levels allowing us to fully understand Fevers business model and leverage it to drive growth across the company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Fever is looking for a Growth Associate to lead the commercial analysis of opportunities across major markets with a strong focus on sports projects and tender processes. Working closely with General Managers the candidate will define commercial negotiation strategies and conduct key analyses to build longterm partnerships.
Among other responsibilities the candidate will lead strategic global initiatives to enhance partnership analysis identify gaps between agreed conditions and actual performance and implement solutions.
Given the ambitious nature of this role we are looking for someone with outstanding analytical skills proactiveness maturity pragmatism intellectual curiosity and a proven track record of transforming ideas into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the feasibility of potential partnerships ensuring alignment with Fevers longterm strategy and the partners requirements (demand analysis financial evaluation pricing optimization value propositions etc..
- Define the commercial strategy for each market in the sports vertical.
- Participate in key negotiations with potential partners.
- Support performance teams by identifying potential issues early.
- Maintain a global perspective on market trends and serve as the key Growth team liaison with other departments (Marketing Sales Operations etc..
- Collaborate across markets in an international environment 40 countries).
- Take ownership of decisions within the sports business line ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to improve key business metrics and drive sustainable expansion.
- Lead endtoend of impactful projects and solutions that contribute significantly to the companys success.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors degree in STEM Economics Business or a related field with a strong academic record.
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting investment banking or strategic business roles.
- Experience in financial analysis project management presentations storytelling and topdown communication.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (for both internal and external stakeholders).
- Excellent teamwork critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Datadriven mindset with a strong focus on impact and strategic decisionmaking.
- Ability to break down and solve problems using quantitative analysis.
- Comfortable working in afastpaced environment.
