This position is for ATEC Logistics LLC a subsidiary of Armada. Founded in 1989 and based in Maitland Florida ATEC www.atecsystems is a logistics provider with expertise in the areas of global ocean shipping export documentation and order management services.
ATEC is a company providing innovative leveraged transportation documentation warehousing and order management services with specific focus and expertise in the food and beverage sectors. We offer complete door to door freight management including contract negotiations and detailed container tracking for air / LCL / LTL / FTL movements.
The salary for this position is $42000 and requires employees to work onsite 5 days per week.
The End User Analyst provides end user support to onsite and remote users. This role will support the ATEC office and employees.
To meet these goals the successful candidate should be customer focused and have good verbal and written communication skills. Technically the candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft products including Microsoft 365 products as well as endpoint protection software. The role also supports printers mobile devices workstations conference room A/V equipment offsite events and minimal network support.
This role will provide opportunities to interact with all levels of employees from entry level to the CEO in addressing issues and providing solutions.
