Spero Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Brentwood TN!

The Accounts Receivable Specialists responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Gather pertinent information to be able to resolve difficult collection situations to assure timely followup and cash flow.
- Analyze all EOB insurance correspondence to determine and complete steps for resolving denials and underpayments through appeal process within payer timely guidelines.
- Make calls or use payer portals for claim follow up on outstanding balances.
- Identify trends related to denials/coding and delinquent claims and communicate effectively with supervisor and above.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma / GED
EXPERIENCE:
- 23 years Healthcare receivable collection experience preferred
