Milaca Elim Meadows a distinguished 5star rated senior care campus with a 70bed facility and a specialized 12bed Rehab Unit invites compassionate and skilled nursing professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring LicensedPractical Nurses (LPNs) toprovide exceptional care to our residents. Plus receive a $10000 Bonus! New Grads Welcome to apply!
Shifts:
Evening PM Shift (PartTime)
Night NOC Shift (FullTime)
LPN Pay:$27.58$31.28 / hour depending on experience
Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities:
- Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents families and staff.
- Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physicians orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
- Manages medications supplies and equipment including ordering receiving storing and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
- Notifies Clinical Manager attending physicians and family members of significant changes in a residents condition and takes follow up action as necessary.
- Performs additional duties as required.
Licensed Practical Nurse skills and requirements:
- Must have current MN LPN license.
- CPR/ BLS certification preferred or willing to get.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of a team.
