Job Overview:
ATC Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Program in Chantilly VA. This is a communitybased program designed to support individuals with disabilities and intensive behavioral needs. The program focuses on helping individuals:
- Build living skills
- Improve coping mechanisms
- Develop selfesteem and independence
These goals are achieved through a range of educational and therapeutic services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care services according to legal and professional standards.
- Supervise day program staff and ensure compliance with health protocols.
- Manage medication administration and ensure safety in handling medications.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid treatment.
- Assess individuals health needs and create personalized healthcare strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective care.
- Oversee compliance with regulations and ensure staff is trained in medical protocols.
Shift Hours:
- Days: Monday Wednesday Friday
- Time: 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
Qualifications:
- License: Current LPN license in Virginia (Required).
- Experience: Behavioral health or a similar field is preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Required).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a teamoriented environment.

Pay: $35.00 $37.00 per hour
