Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service department.
- Greet customers understand their vehicle service needs and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments maintain customer records and ensure timely communication regarding the status of vehicles.
- Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude strong work ethic and a teamoriented mindset.
