Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University located in Baton Rouge Louisiana is seeking applicants for a 10month graduate faculty position in Psychology (Applied Behavior Analysis) with an anticipated start date of August 2025. Reporting to the Dean of Arts and Sciences the faculty member will primarily serve teaching graduate coursework and chairing thesis projects in the Master of Science Applied Behavior Analysis Program. Secondary responsibilities in research and service also exist. Practice or consulting days alongside the appointment will be considered. Hybrid work schedule will also be considered. The person in this position mustfunction in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the University mustdisplay an appreciation for Catholic higher education and must demonstrate acommitment to diversity.

Minimum Requirements:
- Doctorate in applied behavior analysis or psychology (ABDs will also be considered)
- BCBA certification (or eligibility)
- LBA certification in Louisiana (or eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications:
- BCBAD certification (or eligibility)
- Teaching experience in applied behavior analysis at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
- Research mentorship experience in applied behavior analysis
- Experience teaching online/hybrid delivery modes.

Responsibilities- Teaching

- Implements curricular and instructional interventions
- Develops student learning outcomes
- Utilizes peer review and coaching
- Applies what has been learned from formative and summative feedback on instruction
- Engages in professional development activities to promote development in the scholarship of teaching and learning
- Advising
- Reflects on summative students evaluation of academic advising experience
- Assesses reports and perceptions of peers and others regarding fidelity to academic advising roles and responsibilities
- Contribution to role related knowledge base
- Presents at local state national and international professional conferences
- Demonstrates publication of works identifying type (i.e. peer review) audience (journal and journal distribution) and focus (discovery application and/or integrated knowledge focus)
- Demonstrates citations of own work(s) in others works
- Solicits and participates in funded research (identifying specific role funding source and status of project)
- Professional Service
- Participates in local state national or international professional agencies
- Community Service
- Actively participates in community groups and organizations as related to the College Mission

QualificationsExperience:
- Teaching experience in Applied Behavior Analysis at the undergraduate and/or graduate level preferred.
- Research mentorship experience preferred.
- Experience teaching online/hybrid delivery modes preferred.
Education:
- Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field required (ABDs will also be considered)
Licensure:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (or eligibility)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Louisiana (or eligibility) preferred
- Board Certified Behavior AnalystDoctoral (BCBAD) certification (or eligibility) preferred
