About the Role:
As a Cashier at Style Netbox youll play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth financial transactions. Youll be the face of our business interacting with customers processing payments and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Assist in product promotions and upselling when appropriate.
Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies.
Ensure all transactions are processed according to company policies.
Help manage customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and digital payments.
