Hiring for Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor for heavy machinery manufacturing industry.
Education: BE/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics
Experience: Diploma08 to 12 Years
BE/B.Tech0406
Reporting to:/Dy ManagerMaintenance
Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge in ISO & EMS Documentation
- Competentin problem solving Working in teams
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle shift working in maintenance
- Responsible for shift Breakdown maintenance of the Equipment
- Executing effective preventive maintenance schedules of Various equipments and machineries to increase machine up time/equipment reliability
- Inspections and assess potential problems/Causes to rectify breakdown.
- Identification of required spares in a shift.
- Effective communication with line supervisors and Internal departmental communication.
- DailyMonitoring of utilities
- Trainingtotechnician working under him
- Filling of daily reports and update documentation related to ISOEMS audits to ensure zero non conformities
- Working and troubleshooting knowledge of PLC controlled machines CNC machines press shop & assembly shop machines
- Ensure properly maintain the checklist for maintenance & other documentation
- Ensure safe working of technicians machines and utilities in a shift
- Basic knowledge of SAP Module for routine maintenance activities daily SAP entries
Job Location: Chitegaon MIDC Aurangabad
Salary: up to 4.5 LPA
